• Creating a proper overview of their future workload
• Observations performed in the field (DILO’s) to get information about performance and improvement possibilities, from the most important source: operators, planners & team leaders.
• Creating overview for the Management Team in analysis of equipment, people’s capacity & training needs, planning in current & future workload, etc.
• At the end of the project, BlackSmit Solutions presented a strategic plan with solution route. This included immediate and future actions to reduce operational costs (3M€+) and increase efficiency (30+ %)
